Dr. Heidi believe that every woman with healthy skin can, and needs to, use certain active ingredients to protect and enhance her skin. She has combined her years of education and experience with real-time feedback and results she has observed on her patients and clients to navigate the skincare industry. She has worked with a world renowned chemist to understand ingredients and their efficacy. She has separated science from false marketing and created a simple and effective set of skin care products that she herself, you, and every woman can use. All the other girly fluff we all enjoy, we need to buy elsewhere.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



JUVIVE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
